Amigo the Devil, Folk-Sänger aus Miami, kommt im März 2022 für eine Show nach Wien ins Chelsea!

Wer schon mal in einem Raum voller Menschen stand, die in einem harmonischen und leicht betrunkenen Einklang „I hope your husband dies“ schrien, war vermutlich auf einer Show von Amigo the Devil. Danny Kiranos, besser bekannt unter seinem Künstlernamen Amigo The Devil, hat es mit seinen morbiden und trotzdem romantischen Texten geschafft, Country, Folk und extreme Metal Fans gleichermaßen herauszufordern. Durch seine Songs hat er sich in den USA bereits eine große Fanbase erspielt. Obwohl er nur mit seiner Stimme und einer Akustik Gitarre bewaffnet ist, übertreffen seine Live-Shows jegliche Erwartungen an eine klassische Folk-Show. Mit einer großen Portion Humor macht er seinen Fans normalerweise düstere Themen leicht zugänglich: Massenmörder, Pyromanen, Selbstmörder oder Lügner und seine eigenen Weltuntergangsfantasien – alle Fans singen mit. 2021 veröffentlichte Amigo the Devil sein aktuelles Album „Born Against“. Wie bei seinen Projekten zuvor überzeugt Amigo the Devil seine Fans wieder mit morbiden, nicht ganz ernstzunehmenden Texten und bewegenden Melodien.
