Standard Post

  • The tickets will be sent to you via GLS within two to four weekdays.
  • The service and shipping fees are 5.90 EUR - excluding Collector Tickets.

WillCall

  • The tickets are ready for pickup at the box office at the day of the event.
  • Please bring the confirmation and your ID card with you.
  • This service costs 2.30 EUR.

eTicket

  • eTicket is free and combines Mobile Ticket and TicketFast – our print at home solution.
  • After payment of your order has been received by Ticketmaster, you will receive your tickets via email as TicketFast and can print them at home. You can re-download and print your TicketFast tickets anytime from your account or downloading them as a mobile ticket onto your smartphone when accessing your account on a mobile device or via the Ticketmaster iPhone app.
  • You can either show the mobile ticket on your smartphone or the printed TicketFast to gain access at the venue.

Express Delivery

  • You will receive your tickets via express post usually on the day after payment.
  • Tickets will be handed out to you personally or to an authorized person.
  • The tickets are automatically insured during delivery.
  • The service and shipping fees are 9.90 EUR

Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg

  • Tickets will be handed out to you personally or to an authorized person.
  • Tickets are automatically insured during delivery.
  • The service and shipping fees are 14.90 EUR.

Germany

  • The tickets will be sent to you within two weekdays.
  • The tickets are automatically insured during delivery.
  • The service and shipping fees are 5.90 EUR.

World

  • Tickets will be handed out to you personally or to an authorized person.
  • The tickets are automatically insured during delivery.
  • The service and shipping fees are 34.90 EUR.

World WillCall
